From selected loins we cut steaks to customer specifications.

Most common ranges are as follows:

  • Thickness – 1.5 to 3 cm
  • Weight
    • 90-110 grams
    • 120- 140 grams
    • 140-160 grams
    • 180-220 grams

These will be first sorted to achieve target size range.

Steaks can then be further conditioned and packed (variable or fixed weight)

  • Glazed and placed in bulk into cartons with a plastic liner.
  • Glazed and BVP (Bulk Vacuum Packed) into cartons.
  • IVP into cartons - bulk.
  • IVP into various types/sizes of sealed retail bags.
  • IVP into retail boxes of various types/sizes.
