Mer des Mascareignes is specialized in Super Frozen Tuna processing.
Hence we most commonly process species such as Yellow Fin Tuna, Big Eye and Skipjack which are to be found in abundance in the Indian Ocean.
We also periodically process some Toothfish, Grenadier and more rarely some other species.
