These will usually be boneless and can be either Skin-ON or Skin-OFF, blood line IN or OUT.

Loins can be sized and packed

Full length:
- in bulk into cartons with a plastic liner.
- IVP (Individually Vacuum Packed) into cartons.
In Chunks/blocks of various weight.
